Update;  I have got hold of Lazarus pascal IDE and written a program that exports the code from my lib.

I want to share some of my code, but I need help with a
program that copies files.
(Yes it is most embarrasing, but my old Delphi program
does not work with the 64-bit operative system, so I
have no programming tool to fix the issue with... :/)

So what about the program? It should take an .inc file
as input. Output is a directory with all the sub files
that the "main" .inc file uses.
So the program reads the .inc file and scans for the
#include command.
It copies the sub file into the output directory and it
must also remove the complex directory path and
replace it with the file name only.

And yes, it will have to recursively search the files in
order to find the subfiles in the "tree" so to speak.
